This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.  It is a key part of the sales division to promote growth of the account base in Bartlesville and surrounding area.



Basic Functions:


This individual will work an assigned territory to identify business opportunities and meet with decision-makers to analyze the customer’s requirements by performing a document-flow analysis. This individual will pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflow and increase operating efficiency.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prospect for New Business
  • Knowledge of equipment
  • Demonstrate & Train on all equipment as required
  • Use the CRM database to track progress
  • Meet monthly/quarterly quotas




This role is essential to the growth and maintenance of the client base.  It is seen as a key position for the Sales Division.



Education and Experience Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is required.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Direct and telephone sales background is required.  Candidates will need to be reasonably computer literate, preferably having experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.  Candidates must be detail oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, willingness to learn industry equipment, enthusiastic, and dependable.  Must be independent, self-motivated and organized. Also, must have 2 years of outside sales experience.


Environmental Factors and Working Conditions:

The physical environment of this position is general office. Business day travel to customer locations and reliable transportation is required. Interaction with co-workers and customers is required on a daily basis.  This position typically requires significant visual effort (e.g. interface with computer and 10-key) and involves assignments requiring significant levels of concentration.  Typical hours of operation are 8:00a.m. To 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.  Overtime may be required outside the normal business hours and days. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
